I’m excited to share my new script, designed to automate and streamline FileVault 2 key rotation on macOS devices. 🌟
Why is this script needed?
Intune Limitations: Intune struggles to retrieve recovery keys for devices that are already encrypted. This script addresses that issue by allowing administrators to rotate and upload the recovery keys effectively.
- Automated Key Rotation: Ensures secure and efficient updating of FileVault recovery keys.
- Error Handling:Features robust logging and error management.
- User Prompts: Guides users through the process with clear, user-friendly prompts.
Additionally, I’m developing a toolbox to tackle various macOS management issues, aiming to enhance efficiency and security across environments.
